Every effort has been made to describe and display my products accurately, but I cannot guarantee your device screen and settings will show the precise colours. If you have a question, please contact me.
Given the limited quantity of kits, the colour you request may be out of stock or I may have run out altogether. If so I will let you know and refund if required.
Shipping for the bag kits is via DHL which includes tracking and I keep proof of postage. If the delivery fails or is there is damage, you can make a claim with DHL here. I am not responsible for items lost in the post but I will assist where possible.
Shipping for labels is via PostNL and these will be sent as a card – there is no tracing on this. For clarity, I am not responsible for items lost in the post.
- Cancelling an order: you will receive a full refund if it has not yet been posted. If not, you can request a refund (see below) once you have received your order.
- Not happy with your order? Email me at email@example.com within 14 days of receiving your package to request a refund. This is possible only if the items in the package are unused and I deem them to be in a resellable condition. Postage costs associated with the original purchase and for the return will not be refunded. Please retain the proof of posting as I am not responsible for returns that don’t arrive.
